How we hire

Four stages. Two weeks, typically.

Apply

Send your CV and a short note. No portfolios required for engineering roles.

Intro call

30 minutes with the hiring manager. Mostly about your work, what you want next.

Technical

A take-home or live problem from real EEG work. Time-boxed; we don't waste your weekend.

04

Team day

A half-day with the team — onsite where possible. Decision within 7 days after.
