About the role
Our pyrolysis oil is the front end of a circular polymer chain — petrochemical crackers in Singapore, Korea, and Japan are our primary buyers. We are looking for a commercial manager to own the offtake book end-to-end: contract negotiation, pricing, scheduling, and the long-term relationships behind it.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing offtake contracts across the three operating plants (~120 kt/y combined).
- Negotiate new contracts as Plant III and Plant IV come online.
- Own product pricing and indexation across feedstock and end-market signals.
- Coordinate vessel scheduling and quality-spec compliance with operations and shipping.
- Maintain the master commercial model used in board reporting.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in petrochemical, biofuels, or specialty-chemicals commercial roles.
- Direct experience negotiating multi-year offtake contracts.
- Strong commercial instincts paired with hands-on Excel/financial-modelling skill.
- Comfortable being the single point of accountability for the revenue line.
Benefits
- Base + commission structure.
- Equity package weighted to four-year commercial milestones.
- Travel across plants and buyer locations every quarter.
- Direct report to the CCO.
