About the role
Each plant we build is a roughly USD 80–110m capital project, financed through a blend of project debt, equity, and concessional climate finance. We are looking for a project-finance associate to join the corporate development team in Singapore and support the structuring, modelling, and lender management across the current pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed project-finance models for plants in development.
- Support lender due diligence, term-sheet negotiation, and information memoranda.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analysis for the executive team and the board.
- Liaise with development finance institutions, commercial banks, and climate funds.
- Maintain the central pipeline view across all plants and feedstock contracts.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in project finance, infrastructure investment banking, or DFI lending.
- Strong financial modelling skills — IRR, DSCR, waterfall, the usual.
- Experience with infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects strongly preferred.
- Singapore-based or willing to relocate; ASEAN exposure a plus.
Benefits
- Competitive base plus performance bonus.
- Equity participation aligned with project FIDs.
- Direct exposure to CFO and board-level decisions.
- Path to senior associate or VP within 24–36 months.
